  • Q. When will I receive my check-in details?

  • A. Check-in details are sent three days before your arrival date.

 

  • Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
  • A. You can check in from 3 PM on the day of your booking. Check-out is at 11 AM.

  • Q. What is the check-out procedure?

  • A. We hope you enjoyed your stay! Please return your keys to the building reception no later than 11 AM after you leave the apartment.

 

  • Q. Is there somewhere I can leave my luggage while waiting for check-in or after check-out?

  • A.LX Living: You are welcome to leave your luggage in our office. Please go to reception, and they will direct you to the office. Please note that luggage is left at your own risk.

  • AAA23: Unfortunately, we do not have storage facilities at AAA23. However, you can reserve storage at Bounce Luggage Storage near the building. Click this link to reserve: https://go.bounce.com/MIRABILISGROUP512286

 

  • Q. How do I contact the Operations Team for an out-of-hours emergency?

  • A. Please first contact the building reception, who will assist or call our operations team. There is also a contact number on the welcome letter and on our website.

 

  • Q. What is the cancellation policy?

  • A. If you cancel or reduce your booking up to 7 days before arrival, there is no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full booking amount.

 

  • Q. What should I do if I need medical attention?

  • A. For all medical, police, and fire emergencies, dial 112. To speak to a doctor or get medical advice, dial 112.

 

  • Q. Is smoking allowed?

  • A. We have a strict no smoking policy in all apartments. If you smoke inside, a €250 cleaning fee will be charged.

 

  • Q. Are there laundry facilities?

  • A. Yes, all apartments are equipped with a washer/dryer combo. Laundry detergent pods are provided, and an iron and ironing board are also available.

 

  • Q. Are pets allowed?

  • A. Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs.

 

  • Q. Do you provide linen and towels?

  • A. Yes, all apartments come with linen and towels.

  • Q. Do you offer cleaning or linen services?

  • A. For stays longer than 7 nights, we provide a complimentary cleaning and linen change. For additional cleaning services, please contact the operations team for prices or check your welcome letter. Additional cleaning is subject to availability.

 

  • Q. How many guests can stay in the apartment?

  • A. In a one-bedroom apartment, up to two guests are allowed. In a two-bedroom apartment, up to four guests are permitted. One child up to five years old can sleep in the same bed as parents. Baby cots are available on request at €40 per stay.

 

  • Q. Is there an age requirement to stay in your apartments?
  • A. Yes, at least one guest must be 21 years old or older to check in.

 

  • Q. What should I do with my rubbish and recycling?

  • A. You may leave your rubbish in the apartment when you check out. For longer stays, please refer to the welcome letter for information on the garbage room in each building.

 

  • Q. Where is the nearest public transport?

  • A. All our properties are close to public transportation options. Please see the directions tab on mirabilisapartments.com for detailed information.

 

  • Q. Is parking available at the apartments?

  • A. LX Living: Onsite parking is available at €15 per day. Please contact our operations team to reserve a spot.

  • AAA23: There is no onsite parking. Nearby parking options include:

  • Parque Maria Cristina Empark (2 minutes away)
  • Parque Marquês de Pombal Empark (6 minutes away)
  • Parque Saba Picoas Plaza (7 minutes away)

 

  • Q. What kitchen amenities are provided?

  • A. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.

 

  • Q. Who should I contact for maintenance issues?

  • A. Please contact the operations team, who will be happy to assist.

 

  • Q. Are the swimming pool and gym free to use?
